Cast : Meredith Grey
CHARACTER
Seattle Grace Hospital
Intern Quarterly Evaluation
----------------------------------------------------
Physician's Name : Meredith Grey
Service : Surgery
Evaluator's Name : Dr. Calliope Torres
----------------------------------------------------
Strengths:
Meredith really knows how to step up to pressure and often provides the glue to emergency situations. She will always be known as the intern who stuck her hand in a patient's body cavity to hold a bomb steady, which ended up saving the patient's life.
Weaknesses:
Meredith doesn't understand that it's okay to ask for help, which sometimes can lead to her getting in over her head. She claims she's fine but I sometimes can't help but wonder. For example, I remember during her intern exam, she froze, unable to complete the test. However, when given the opportunity to retake the exam, she did quite well and passed.
